100% Nebbiolo Our Langhe Nebbiolo is sourced from young Barolo vineyards and Bricco Bertone, an historical estate located at the edge of Serralunga and Sinio. This wine is all about purity of aromatics, varietal truth and depth. Fruit is hand-picked early in the morning so as to capture its quintessential qualities. Vinification is long and extremely gentle, so to retain lift and energy throughout the making of this wine. Young estate vineyards surrounding the winery, approximately 10 to 25 years old. Picking decisions are individual to each site, and we sometimes opt for multiple passages so as to respect the diversity and uniqueness of each vine. Fermentation lasted 21 days on average and was followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Our 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo aged for seven months in stainless-steel only prior to bottling.
