Pannier Champagne Brut Rose 375 ML

A very expressive bouquet of white flowers, apple and lemon that lead into a gorgeous round core of fruit with flavors of white peach and apricot that flow across the palate with minerality, freshness and great length. A blend of 50 percent pinot noir, 30 percent chardonnay and 20 percent pinot meunier, this rosé includes 15 percent still red wine to deepen the color. It’s cool and zesty, a contrast of fresh pink grapefruit and candied cherry flavors, all girded and focused by limestone acidity. A gentle rasp of earthiness comes up in the end, balancing and extending the fruit flavor. Pour it with Dungeness crab.
