Description
Bright silver color with minute straw cast. Aromas of cream, spiced apple, and mint water with a buoyant fruity-yet-dry medium body and a zesty melon, citrus and nut brittle accented finish. A nice, lively choice for sipping or the table with spicy maki.
A superlative Ginjo-level sake, this sake has a pale greenish straw color, faint aromas of dried pineapple, and satin texture. Medium-bodied with a hint of tangerine.
Extremely well crafted and balanced, this not only won Best Ginjo Sake at the 2018 International Wine Challenge but also Best Sake overall.
Local Tohoku rice, milled to 60%.
