Varietal: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot Le Saint-Germain is a textbook example of good value found in the Graves, at the South of Bordeaux. This blend comes from 35 year old vines growing on a sand and gravely soil. This terroir produces a very elegant wine. It showcases a good balance of fruits and tannins. Recommended pairing with poultry, meat and cheese.
