Vinous 89 points - The 2016 Glass Collection Cabernet Sauvignon was matured in 15% new oak for 12 months. It has a little more mintiness on the nose compared to the previous vintage and is perhaps a touch more showy. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin and plenty of tobacco-tinged black fruit, and quite saline toward the finish. This is a worthy follow-up to the 2015..August/2018 A selection of premium varietals from the world’s most noble grapes. A great introduction to Glenelly.
