Description
pear, green apple, lemon peel and some tropical fruit on the nose. Nice level of acidity, green apple, citrus (lemon and grapefruit stood out) and tropical fruit, particularly mango for me. Some strong mineral notes aswell as buttery oak and some elderflower.
