The hue already implies a wine of beautiful constitution with straw yellow shades. The nose is dominated by the white flowers of hawthorn types, see honeysuckle, topped by a shade of fern giving a freshness to the whole. The attack on the palate is still floral and very focused on linden. The length is very good and very significant of a structure worthy of a Pouilly Fuissé guard. Varietal: 100% Chardonnay
