Estate Colin Barollet is an estate located in the celebrated Meursault region of Burgundy, it dates back to 1879. The Domaine is known from producing wines of elegance, finesse, and balance. Increadible wines for this price. Vinification Traditional vinification in thermos-regulated stainless steel vats on a 3 weeks period: Cold pre-fermentation maceration and pumping over to extract color and structure.
