Vinification:
The fermentation occurred during 25 days in neutral French oak
barrels at low temperatures, after which this wine was aged in the
same barrels for 10 months with “batonnage”.
Tasting Notes:
Very fine and sophisticated, this wine shows an incredible nose
with citric and mineral notes. On the palate has a great structure,
lively acidity and green apple with very long aftertaste
