Besserat de Bellefon Cuvee des Moines Brut NV 1.5 L

Wine Spectator 93 "Chablis with bubbles. Floral, apple, pear and flinty notes team up with a crisp, firm structure in this ethereal blanc de blancs. The flavors verge on gingerbread and vanilla on the finish." Wine Enthusiast 92 "This is a crisp wine, with dosage that gives freshness to the white fruits. The 100% Pinot Noir gives some structure as well as good acidity. The bottling will age and should be better from 2020."
